Thank you for using our product and services (Service). The Service is provided by PS:Digital, a Digital Agency located in Bratislava, Slovakia, in cooperation with Kremsa Digital, Inc., an Interactive Agency with Headquarters in Pasadena, California, USA.

By using our Service, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Using our Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content provided by the Service, such as tutorial texts, videos etc.
These Terms also do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Service. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Service.

In connection with your use of the Service, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

You may not use the Service in violation of any law or regulation within Slovakia, European Union or the country of your residence.

At its discretion, Boosterberg may cancel accounts of users who violate the Terms of Service.

Boosterberg reserves the right to change or expand the Terms of Service without any prior notice; the updated Terms will be valid and enforced after publishing them on a visible page of the Service.

Fair Use Policy

As with all unlimited services, there are obviously some technical limitations that apply also for Boosterberg post boosting. Boosterberg reserves the right to temporarily or permanently terminate services for a Facebook Page or for a whole Business Account, if the number of boosted posts exceeds 100 per Facebook Page per Month.

Please note that this is a beta version of the Boosterberg web tool (website), which is still undergoing testing and development before the final release.

The website, its software and all content found on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Boosterberg does not give any warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the suitability and usability of the website, its software or any of its content.

Boosterberg will not be liable for any loss, whether such loss is direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered by any party as a result of their use of the Boosterberg website, its software or content.

Any downloading, uploading or synchronising of data on the website is done at the user's own risk and the user will be solely responsible for any damage to any computer system or loss of data that results from such activities.

Should you encounter any bugs, glitches, lack of functionality or other problems on the website, please let us know immediately so we can fix these accordingly. Your feedback helps us make Boosterberg a better product and is greatly appreciated.
